DaYu Ling Peak (which is ~2600 m high) on Li Shan, this is an exquite, highly sought after high mountain tea. The Da Yu Ling area produces the best high-mountain soft-stem oolong and expertly processed. It is smooth & crisp on the palate with a unique taste.For this Da Yu Ling Oolong we also asked the producer to add our custom light roast to add an element of complexity and depth.

Tasting notes: Smooth, Rich, Invigoratingly Crisp
Gong Fu Brew: First infusion - 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C / 50 secs
Second infusion - 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C / 45 secs
Then add 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
