Dong Ding (Tung Ting) Taiwanese semi-ball rolled oolong from Nantou County, Taiwan. This is a lightly roasted oolong hand-picked from the Dong Ding (Frozen Peak) area, Spring 2020. Masterfully roasted to perfection brings out fresh, fragrant aromas, toasted biscuit and pear notes that is great for any season of the year.
This light roast is our Signature Roast as it brings out the complexity of this Dong Ding Oolong. If you are a fan of our FORMOSA FAME, you'll definitely enjoy this one!
